Makes nine 2 1/2 inch minis

How to make these no bake minis-

125g  digestive biscuits
40g  softened butter @ room temperature

250g Philadelphia cream cheese , at room temperature
200g Nutella, mixed through or just save for the top layer (at room temperature)
6 pieces Ferrero Rocher , coarsely chopped plus more for topping
30g icing sugar , sifted
Dark chocolate , melted for layer

Crush digestive biscuits and 1 Ferrero Rocher until fine , add in butter and mix well. Add in a generous teaspoon of Nutella . Mix thoroughly. Press crumbs into a muffin tray and freeze .

Whisk cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Add in the remaining Nutella and the chopped Ferrero Rocher to the mixture and continue whisking until well combined . Add more if desired!

Divide mixture into large muffin tins and chill overnight . Add a layer of chocolate on top of mixture & set.

Serve straight from the fridge .

Then drink copious cups of tea whilst devouring them all:)
