It first came to our attention in 1998 when Carrie Bradshaw sported one in the opening credits of SATC and 17 years (!) later, they are still in vogue. Olivia P choose to wear a stunning Caroline Herrera tulle on her wedding day and started a new revival. And so, the tulle skirt is back...
